targetname gets the text from location.

targetposition array (not actually stored on the logic)

landmassid (tanoa, Main and bottom =1 Tuvanaka top left = 2 Bala/Yanukka/Balavubottomleft = 3 Top hotel island =4. Sosovu (madman straits) =5

targetstatus flag type 1 = enemy held, 2 = player held, 3 is current and assault phase, 4 is current and rebuild phase, 5 was current and has been failed, 6 = blacklisted.

targettype _flag type 1 = normal town, 2 = airfield, 3 = military installation, 4 = Civilian Installation, 5 = target for secondarys only

targetruinscount _count of objects iskindofruins in town

Only use status 6 (blacklisted) for things that can't be used a targets. Things like mountain tops, forests etc. Basically, the mission uses these to orient players. ie "200m south of Altis big mountain" or whatever it's called. In other words, there will never be anything AT a blacklisted place, only us it to say something else is near it.
