targetstatus flag type 1 = enemy held, 2 = player held, 3 is current and assault phase, 4 is current and rebuild phase, 5 was current and has been failed, 6 = blacklisted.
targettype _flag type 1 = normal town, 2 = airfield, 3 = military installation, 4 = Civilian Installation, 5 = target for secondarys only
targetruinscount _count of objects iskindofruins in town
