Control panel - newsletters - view all - Edit content for the SMS Status/Action in the first table row under User Groups: true with atitle of 'Titulo changed'. Click on the 'Edit content' button. Fill out the 'SMS Content' and then choose 'Update Newsletter'. I have allowed a 150 seconds timeout limit but the server response cannot deal with this request in the allotted time
