Not all announced models could be selected for test-drive request

Not all announced models are added to the combobox in the test-drive request form, which contains list of the models to be offered
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the website http://hostft.kl.com.ua
2. Go to the "Модели" page, open the model Cabrio profile
3. Go to the "Тест-драйв" request form
4. Click on the combobox with models list, try to find Cabrio model
Actual result: no Cabrio model in the list with items in the combobox.
Expected result: All offered and announced models should be presented in the list with models to be chosen for the test-drive.
