prizes being dropped in bad places and exploding
This still happens, players lost 2 slammers because they were dropped in the middle of captured towns and the vehicle was lost.
Currently, the system drops landvehicles at the newflaf if there's only 1 player. If there's more, it drops it at the first player. It will still do this, but adds a safepos check on that.
Need to test this before release.

The safepos was improved by having it use tky_findsafepos and it works well.
also added system for players to choose droppos.
