Client kicked to pregame after "Cannot load a game while another is running."

All clients vulnerable.
After trying to load savegame when game is running - (also when typed on server)- client is
kicked to PAGE_PREGAME ( he can only do /take XXX or restart, /take - is not working )
Server operator could do that to kick all players out :D
