Add a multiplier to climate change rates
In lt.org games, climate change percentage accumulates too quickly. I would like to add percentage multipliers for global warming and nuclear winter rates.
Yes the formula seems to be based on how many tiles are polluted. In a large multiplayer game with large map and many players, this would exaggerate climate change and skew the game balance. Any ability to re-balance to scale with larger map / more players is probably a very needed improvement.
