Description

The Gtk3.22 client, and the Gtk3 client from S3_0 on, use KP_ENTER for their Alt+Enter fullscreen shortcut.

This requires a numeric keypad, which some netbooks/laptops do not have.

Before we stopped using gtk_ui_manager, we used the main Return key for this. I think that's better.
