Description
I've accumulated a few tweaks to the civ1 help on my strings branch. Notably, the Pollution help mentions the nonexistent Solar Plant building.
(I had a quick look through the overwhelming civ1 forum thread and the other thread, and didn't see anything easily disentangled from rule changes to include here, nor anything that contradicted these changes. So this patch is just mine.)
