Ruleset tileset/soundset/etc override dialogs don't have shortcuts

Description
The dialogs displayed when a ruleset overrides a tileset (etc) lack keyboard Alt+key accelerators. This is a bit annoying when loading a savegame from such a ruleset, since everything else can be done from the keyboard.
