Reset tile activity if struck by climate change
When an engineer transforms e.g. grassland to plains and global warming strikes turning the tile into swamp, the engineer, if possible, continues transforming making the tile into ocean now. Moreover, they continue accumulating activity points to tge same counter. This, meseems, contradicts the behaviour pattern when several units are transforming one tile and if one finishes all the another lose all progress, and even a single unit loses progress excess for consequent transformations.
I propose to clear the progress if the activity result is changed. At least, the unit should be idled. If you see it as a bug, something should be dpne even to 2.6 version.
