1. 團隊的溝通不應透過私人的即時通訊軟體帳號。
2. 既有的即時通訊軟體沒有 job progress or issue tracking的功能。
不容易圍繞著某個issue進行討論。
3. 既有issue tracking軟體太過正式，通常就是事後留下紀錄或流水帳而已，缺乏即時通訊的功能。
4. 既有issue tracking軟體，通常都沒有mobile interface。
5. 緊急且需要讓團隊成員馬上知道的事情，透過mail很沒有效率。
